In May We Celebrate

They're in full blossom rightnow inside the garden. To enjoy, I chose to arrange and prepare my way through us déjeuner champêtre (garden lunch) with friends. Some of our favorite moments. We consumed smoked fish cooked eggs; lamb and Spring risotto with salad; blood eton chaos and chocolate cake and verrines. Everything. Food Design and Photography Course in Baja California, Mexico

I'm continuing to prepare another food styling and photography class in Britain at the end of July (it's out of stock), and I am also taking care of one in Sicily in April (there are only some places quit really, when you have an interest, deliver a demand to info@annatascalanza.com; Case Vecchie can be a lovely truly Sicilian property; it's this that we did a year ago –I can't wait to view Gino again!) I keep doing a number of photo-shoots with clients–and that is fresh and old I am loving them. I recognized my birthday. My birthday dessert was all about candy. Lulu chose it from inside my first book and it was cooked by us together. I didn’t have long to dress up it or consider appropriate pictures.
